Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 15–20 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
